On February 12, Daegu Center for Creative Economy & Innovation (CCEI) announced that it recruits companies to participate in the 16th Daegu C-Lab Accelerator to support start-up companies with excellent ideas and technologies.
"Daegu C-Lab", created by transferring the know-how of 'C-Lab', which was originally in-house venture program of Samsung Electronics, is a program that supports startups with high growth potential, operated through cooperation between Daegu-si and Samsung Electronics.
Regardless of regions or industries, companies under seven years of starting a business can apply through the Daegu Startup Hub (DASH) by February 23.
Daegu CCEI will select 15 companies
15 companies will be selected, who will receive up to KRW 40 million in commercialization support funds, office space, mentoring by experts from Samsung Electronics, and customized accelerating.
In addition, it will help outstanding companies participating in the "Samsung Electronics C-Lab Outside Daegu" program.
Daegu CCEI said, "the companies who went through the Daegu C-Lab over the past decade have made remarkable achievements," adding "we wait for active participation of excellent start-ups."
