According to Yonhap News,
HIVAC, a manufacturer of future eco-friendly vehicle parts, will build a parts plant in Daegu National Industrial Complex.
Containing content on such investment, Daegu-si and HIVAC signed an MOU on investment at the City Hall on August 13.
The company will build a factory manufacturing eco-friendly heat exchanger parts for future cars on 24,453 ㎡ site at the Daegu National Industrial Complex 2nd Phase. It will begin construction in October this year, and complete in April next year. The total investment is KRW 50.1 billion.
It is the first new investment since Daegu National Industrial Complex was designated as Opportunity Development Zone. Therefore, such incentives as tax benefits and regulation exemption will be applied.
