DAEGU < invest Korea

According to Yonhap News,

Daegu Digital Industry Promotion Agency (DIP) said on Jan. 26 that the agency was ranked No. 1 in evaluation of SW enterprise support in 2011 selected by the Ministry of Knowledge Economy.

The evaluation was conducted on four major areas including cultivation of human resources, providing marketing and technological supports and establishment of networks among 18 SW promotion institutions nationwide.

DIP forecasted that additional budgets generated from incentives could accelerate its SW support projects.

Chae Jong-gyu, director of DIP, said, "Following the A grade we earned in performance evaluation of contribution and investment institutions last year, we've got another good results in the support project for enterprises, adding that "We will make utmost efforts to make successful stories of regional SW companies."
