According to Yonhap News,

The Daegu-Gyeongbuk Free Economic Zone (DGFEZ) said Nakamura-Tome Precision Industry started the construction of a factory at Technopolis in Dalseong-gun, Daegu.

The Japanese company has invested a total of $19.7 million to build a manufacturing facility for precision processing machinery on a 19,488 square meter-land.

"The investment attraction from Japan will be a good opportunity to introduce Japan's cutting-edge technology to Korea," said Choi Byeong-reuk, chief DGFEZ.
