(DAEGU=NEWSIS) According to Daegu City on Oct. 22, Central Corporation, a global automobile parts manufacturer, will sign an investment agreement with Daegu on Oct. 23 to move into the Daegu National Industrial Complex.

Central Corporation is a sound medium-sized company with 1850 workers. The company owns leading technology for automobile parts manufacturing and the sales reached KRW 870.6 billion in 2013.

Central Corporation plans to invest KRW 153.5 billion in the Daegu National Industrial Complex over the next five years to construct an automobile parts production plant by 2017.

The company will create 1740 new jobs by 2021 and establish a Central Zone to build a foundation for production of automobile parts in Yeongnam region, which will significantly contribute to the growth of the regional economy.
