According to Yonhap News,

(DAEGU=Yonhap News) Daegu City will sign a business agreement with Founders Space, a Silicon Valley accelerator, on December 22 to support regional IT and SW companies to enter Silicon Valley.

The city held a business fair in Silicon Valley last July to listen to the opinions of local experts on entering the global market and build networks with companies, such as Founders Space.

Daegu and Founders Space will carry out mentoring programs to regional companies that wish to make inroads into Silicon Valley.

After the signing ceremony, Founders Space will give one-to-one business consulting to nine regional companies. It will also hold a seminar on December 23 under the theme, the strategies for start-ups to enter Silicon Valley.
