Shinsegae Dongdaegu CTC Co., Ltd. has invested KRW 700 billion in the construction of the complex transit center, which will be a nine-story building with seven underground floors.

The construction began in February, 2014 and will be completed by the end of 2016.

The center will house various complex cultural facilities including cultural and education facilities, shopping centers, convention halls and theme parks.

The construction of the center will create 18,000 new jobs and bring KRW 2.4 trillion of production effect.

“The construction of the complex transit center will revitalize the Dongdaegu station region," said a city official.
