ULSAN < invest Korea

(ULSAN=NEWSIS) A tourism board established by Ulsan Metropolitan City, Busan Metropolitan City, and South Gyeongsang Province, is conducting a five-day marketing campaign in Vietnam in a bid to attract more visitors from Southeast Asia.

The marketing activities, jointly organized with the Korea Tourism Organization, include tourism conferences for Vietnamese travel agencies and airlines and a visit to a tourism organization in Ho Chi Minh City.

The tourism board, established in 2001 to promote the tourism industry of southeast Korea, will invite Vietnamese travel agencies for a fam tour to work on practical business. Going further, it plans to hold a similar event in Malaysia in October.
