(ULSAN=NEWSIS) Construction of the 'Ulsan Techno Industrial Complex' is now 51% completed and lot sales are progressing well, according to Ulsan city.

The industrial complex is comprised of industrial land, land for service facility, and residential areas.

Industrial land composed of R&D sites and factory sites have been sold 87% and residential land for multi-unit houses have been sold out.

Remaining plots in factory sites will be offered exclusively to local small and medium-sized enterprises doing businesses in limited development districts.

The industrial compelx will receive land purchase applications for service facility in the early August before accepting applications for single houses in May 2017.

Establishment of Ulsan Techno General Industrial Complex was begun as a part of national project in 2008 and is scheduled to be completed in December 2017.
