ULSAN < invest Korea

According to Yonhap News,

(ULSAN=Yonhap News) Lot sales for the first phase construction of the Ulsan Hightech Valley and the second phase construction of the Gilcheon General Industrial Complex is meeting strong demand.

A total of 16 lots or land of 124,000㎡ in the Ulsan Hightech Valley will be sold to metal processing companies, electric and electronic firms, as well as car and trailer manufacturers in the first stage.

Sales price is KRW 365,000 per square meter.

In the Gilcheon General Industrial Complex, 179,000㎡ of land is on sale in 16 lots with unit price of KRW 286,000 per square meter. Preferred buyers are manufacturers of car and trailer, machine equipment, electronics components, car parts, electronic components, and communication equipment.

Construction work for the first part of the Ulsan Hightech Valley and the second part of the Gilcheon General Industrial Complex are scheduled to be completed by the end of 2017 and 2018 respectively.
