(ULSAN=Newsis News) Ulsan city announced that 14 traditional markets, department stores, and shopping centers will participate in the 'Korea Sale Festa', South Korea’s biggest shopping and tourism festival which runs from Sep 29 to Oct 31.

The city plans to provide KRW 51 million to traditional markets for marketing activities and promotional events such as price discount, sweepstakes and giveaway offerings.

A number of consumer electronics, cars, clothing and cosmetics companies are also taking part in the event.

This year's Korea Sale FESTA, which will be held on the largest scale ever, features nationwide sales events, tourism programs for foreigners, and local culture festivals.
