According to Yonhap News,

(ULSAN=Yonhap News) Ambassadors of three Middle Eastern countries toured Hyundai Heavy Industries Co. in the country's southeastern port city of Ulsan Thursday to discuss ways to enhance ties between the country's largest shipyard and their governments, a company official said.

They were Saudi Arabian Amb. Riyad bin Ahmed Almubaraky, Qatar Amb. Mohamed Abdulla Al-Dehaimi, and Mohamed Salim Alharthy, the envoy from Oman.

They met with Hyundai Heavy Industries Chairman Choi Kil-sun and other senior executives over lunch before touring the shipyard and the engine factory.

Hyundai Heavy Industries is currently seeking a joint project for the construction of a shipyard in Saudi Arabia and several other projects.

The company established strategic partnership relations with Saudi Arabia's state-run oil firm Aramco in 2015 while building several liquefied natural gas (LNG) carriers and very large crude carriers (VLCCs) for the Middle Eastern countries.

The diplomats also visited nearby Hyundai Motor Co. and oil refiner S-Oil.
