According to Yonhap News,
(ULSAN=Yonhap News) Ulsan City announced on September 7 that it will send a delegation to the Fourth Eastern Economic Forum to be held from September 11 to 13 in Vladivostok, Russia.
The Forum was established in 2015 with the aim to secure driving force to develop Far East which is a national priority of the government of Russia.
The delegation will stay in Russia from September 10 to 14 and participate in the "Korea-Russia Business Dialogue" session co-hosted by the Korea International Trade Association and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation to share economic cooperation and business cases between the two countries.
The delegation will also visit the City Hall of Vladivostok to sign an MOU on friendship cooperation between the two cities.
Ulsan hopes the MOU will expand the scope of cooperation in the East Asian region and provide a platform for promoting economic cooperation aligned with the New Northern Policy.
