UNIST and KIDP signed MOU to cooperate on medical service research

According to Yonhap News,

(ULSAN=Yonhap News) Ulsan National Institute of Science and Technology (UNIST) and Korea Institute of Design Promotion (KIDP) signed an MOU on "cooperation for medical service design R&D" at UNIST campus on July 29.

Based on the MOU, the two institutes will together work on discovering projects to improve medical environment and devise improvement measures. They will lay the foundation to jointly use their research facilities and equipment, and further share workforce and technology.

In particular, they will work on improving medical services from the perspective of uers. In other words, they will remove elements disturbing services from the perspectives of doctors and patients, and develop ergonomic design to enhance satisfaction.
