According to Yonhap News,

The city of Ulsan announced its major accomplishment on Nov 6, saying it has successfully reached export and business contracts worth USD 65.95 million and USD 16.45 million respectively right after sending a group of delegates who tap into new markets to Russia and Mongolia.

The delegation, half from KOTRA Ulsan office and the rest from the city government, flew to Vladivostok, Russia and Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia to open 2019 trade fair on Oct 28 and 30 each.

With the help from the trade consulting service at the fair, Ad-Winner, a Korean paint protection film maker, signed an export contract worth USD 600,000 annually with its Russian counterpart, Prisma. They also reached a deal to sell the products valued at USD 250,000 to Xpel Mongolia every year. CNF Korea, an instant coffee producer, is now working on trade negotiation with Bosa, headquartered in Ulaanbaatar.

A city official said “The trade fair held this time established the bridgehead for the government’s New Northern Policy. We’ll keep working on helping local businesses and SMEs in Korea to further diversify market channels.”
