The city of Ulsan announced on Feb. 25 that the local authorities will select the candidates till Mar. 13, who’ll be given municipality supports for global marketing & branding under the city policy in 2020.
The project, co-organized by KITA Ulsan office, aims to give financial resources for marketing to small but highly capable local SEMs, helping them to run ads in an effective way in the global business arena.
Specifically, the city covers part of procedures to print out multi-language catalogues (E-catalogue too) and brochures along with banners to be advertised online. They also give cash grants to help businesses newly open and update official websites for both PC and mobile. In addition, candidates can run ads in world renowned daily magazines and media outlets.
City provides up to KRW 4 million for each, covering 80 percent of the entire marketing cost. The authorities select 25 for the first half of this year, and the rest 15 till the end of 2020.
