The UFEZ (Ulsan Free Economic Zone Authority) said it will participate in the Annual International Conference & Exhibition of the WFZO in 2023 hosted by Dubai from May 1 to 3.

As the 9th annual event, it will provide abundant opportunities to businesses in various sectors to make growth under the theme of 'Global Trade 2.0: Zones, an Ecosystem of Trust Driving Prosperity'.

Being the fifth Free Economic Zone Authority in Korea as the attender of the WFZO, the UFEZ has its first chance to take part in the WFZO in-person this time, since its latest participation in May 2021.

It plans to meet participating organizations and companies from all around the world to promote outstanding firms and industrial infrastructures in Ulsan in the event.

UFEZ Commissioner Cho Young-shin will deliver a speech to introduce the UFEZ and investment environment in the region on May 2nd.

He will also visit DEWA (Dubai Electricity & Water Authority), in charge of electricity and green energy sources such as solar energy, to learn Dubai's corporate support policies and infrastructures and seek ways to make a cooperation.
