ULSAN < invest Korea

Regional SMEs and Startups Offices in Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongnam, Korea Southern Power, and Busan National University have agreed to join forces to support start-up companies in the Southeast region in their overseas expansion.

They signed an MOU to support startups to strengthen capabilities and enter the overseas markets at the headquarters of Korea Southern Power, establishing an organic cooperative system.

The five organizations will cooperate on: cultivating basic capabilities to help overseas expansion such as providing export education and market information; create the foundation for overseas expansion such as operating global accelerating programs; and follow-up support by jointly pushing for overseas expansion support projects and utilizing network and infrastructure of the signatories.

They plan to select 15 superb startups from Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongnam to run joint projects for expansion to the Vietnamese market.
