Ulsan-si announced that it will operate the Ulsan hall at the "2024 World Smart City Expo (WSCE)" to be held at KINTEX in Goyang, Gyeonggi Province on September 3-5.

Under the theme of "Building a New Ulsan 4.0 Smart City for the leapforward toward the 4th Industrial" the Ulsan's hall will introduce four service areas: mobility zone, energy zone, life zone, and data zone.

Ulsan's exhibition will include Demand Responsive Transportation (DRT), Resource Regeneration Collection Box, Health Check Booth, Road Risk Detection System (AIRIS), and Living Lab.

The city plans to introduce visitors to the innovative Ulsan urban environment and future vision, and provide an opportunity to experience smart cities.

A city official said, "We will to our best to resolve local issues with innovative technologies through the creation of Ulsan Smart City and build an Ulsan-type future city."
