ULSAN < invest Korea

According to Yonhap News,

On September 27, Ulsan-si announced that it will dispatch a shipbuilding and marine equipment market development team to Southeast Asia from September 29 to October 4, jointly with KOTRA's Ulsan Support Center.

Nine local SMEs in the shipbuilding and marine equipment companies, selected through evaluation on local marketability, will participate in the market development team.

Participating companies will hold export consultations with overseas buyers in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and Surabaya, Indonesia, and explore the ways to enter the Southeast Asian market.

Ulsan-si will support the marketability research, matching with local buyers who are highly likely sign the contract, rental of consultation booth, and interpretation for successful export consultation.

The city expects that dispatching the team to be greatly helpful for local shipbuilding equipment companies to commercialize and promote exports.
