According to Yonhap News,
Ulsan Chamber of Commerce & Industry (Ulsan CCI) said on March 22nd that it plans to dispatch market pioneers to Malaysia from May 23rd to 27th.
Ulsan CCI will invite applications from regional small- and mid-sized companies by March 31st.
Participating companies will be given opportunities to take part in a briefing session on the investment environment of Malaysia held by Malaysian Industrial Development Authority (MIDA), have one-on-one export consultations with promising buyers, and join the meeting with Korean companies operating in Malaysia.
Also, Ulsan CCI will provide one-way flight tickets, rental fees for consultation rooms, interpretation charges, and transportation service, and help companies find potential buyers.
Vice Chairman Cha Ui-hwan of Ulsan CCI said “we plan to send market pioneers to Malaysia which is a good market to venture in order to help regional SMEs find export markets,” and added “we will sign an agreement with Korean Chamber of Commerce & Industry in Malaysia to build network.”
