According to Yonhap News,
Hyundai Heavy Industries is aggressively engaged in enhancing competitiveness of its partner companies in a bid to support their entry into the global market.
Hyundai Heavy Industries participated in the Japan International Machine Tool Fair, held from Monday to Wednesday, along with its 12 partner companies including SAMYANGSTEEL.
The biennial event is one of the world's top three machine tool exhibitions with Germany's EMO Hannover and America's International Manufacturing Technology Show.
This year's event attracted 800 companies all around the world that displayed their cutting-edge products including machine tools and high-precision processing machines.
The 12 companies tried to find business opportunities by enhancing their understanding of current technology and industry trends through their participation in the fair.
"We believe that the fair was a great opportunity for our partner companies to increase their understanding of the global market trends," said a member of Hyundai Heavy Industries. "We will continue to help them get an access to advanced technologies."
