According to Yonhap News,
Ulsan-si (City) invited 10 investors from Beijing-based real estate developers and investment consulting service providers to hold an investor relations (IR) event to attract Chinese investors to the comprehensive marine tourism & resort city development project.
Ulsan had held IR events in China and U.S. to entice investment to the project, but it was the first time to invite foreign investors to the city.
