In celebration of Earth Day (April 22), the Ulsan GreenStart Competition 2013 was held April 20 to 21. The competition was organized by the Ulsan City Government and sponsored by the Ministry of Environment, Ulsan GreenStart Network, and the Ulsan Environmental Art Association.
