Ulsan Sends Trade Mission to China

Ulsan City and the Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency will send a trade mission to Hong Kong and Qingdao, China next week.

The trade mission will visit eight Chinese companies in the logistics, tourism, leisure and electronics and electrical industries to promote Ulsan’s investment climate and hold consultation sessions.

It aims to attract investment in Ulsan’s core projects, including building an oil hub in Northeast Asia and developing Gangdong area.

Ulsan will also send a trade mission to North America December to identify potential investors.

With its investment promotional activities, the city attracted USD 3.8 billion from 123 companies from 25 countries, including Japan, United States and those from Europe, so far.
