(Ulsan=NEWSIS)Ulsan Mayor Kim Gi-hyeon announced Oct. 8 that the City will undergo a large-scale restructuring in the end of the year to promote domestic and foreign investment and realize creative economy.

"A more powerful system is required to respond to the security issues of the national industrial complexes. The present investment support group has a limit to attract investment. The auditing team should also be strengthened. Not only do we need to restructure the organization to resolve the city maintenance issue, we also need to develop appropriate strategies," said Kim.

For labor-management disputes of companies, he emphasized that labor and management issues begin from the autonomy of labor and management. However, if the labor-management disputes affect the regional society, the City will hold the accountability and strive to mediate between the two.
