(ULSAN=NEWSIS) Ulsan City announced June 1 that the city and the Ulsan Office of the Small & Medium Business Corporation have sent a trade delegation to Europe and carried out 34 trade consultations and signed contracts that are worth a total of USD 2.78 million.

The city has sent export small- and medium-sized companies to Warsaw in Poland and Prague in Czech Republic from May 11 to 16 to meet with local buyers with the help from the regional offices of the Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency.

A total of 21 consultations were conducted in Warsaw. Taesung-Tech has signed seven contracts that are worth USD 1.82 million for sectors including the automotive molding.

Hwajin Corp. signed five contracts that are worth USD 960,000 in Prague.

Excellent products of auto parts companies in Ulsan were displayed at Prague, gaining a positive response from Skoda Auto, a global automobile manufacturer in Czech Republic.
