According to Yonhap News,

(ULSAN=Yonhap News) Ulsan City, the Ulsan Creative Economy Innovation Center, Export-Import Bank of Korea and University of Ulsan signed a business agreement on August 25 to nurture the specialized industries.

The specialized industries of the Ulsan Creative Economy Innovation Center include shipbuilding and offshore plant (smart ships, eco ships), 3D printing and advanced medical automation.

The Ulsan Creative Economy Innovation Center will find and recommend potential small- and medium-sized companies, the Export-Import Bank of Korea will provide prime rate for the capital needed for export, Ulsan City will preserve part of the interest cost paid by companies to the Export-Import Bank of Korea and the University of Ulsan will support research and development and provide business consultations.
