(ULSAN=NEWSIS) Buk District of Ulsan City announced November 5 that it held a meeting on international friendly cooperation with Feicheng City, China to prepare detailed measures to boost bilateral economic exchanges.

Buk District, home to 900 small- and medium-sized companies along with Hyundai Motor Company, is the mecca of the automobile industry. The district is similar to that of Feicheng City, which is focusing on attracting companies and establishing industrial infrastructure.

“It is necessary to hold regular investor relations sessions to introduce the technology competitiveness of potential companies and investment environment of both cities," said a Buk District official.

"We hope not only to carry out economic and cultural exchanges with Buk District but also benchmark the social welfare and agricultural economic policies of the district," said a Feicheng City official.
