Applications Now Accepted for CSR Best Practice Competition

KOTRA is looking for the corporate social responsibility (CSR) best practices of foreign-invested companies in 2014 to strengthen foreign investment promotion and boost the CSR activities of foreign-invested companies. We ask for your active participation.  
 
 
CSR is necessary for the sustainable growth of companies in the global market. KOTRA strives to identify the state of CSR activities of foreign-invested companies and award those with best practices, to introduce them to other companies and promote CSR activities.

ㅇ Participants : Foreign-invested companies in Korea
ㅇ Contents : CSR activities from January 1, 2014 to present
ㅇ Sectors : Global, consumer, contribution and challenge
ㅇ Date of application : Aug. 22 (Fri), 2014 - Sept. 26 (Fri), 2014
ㅇ Documents to be submitted : Application form, personal information consent form and certification for business registration (Please refer to the attached file.)

< Round 1: Examination of documents>

  • Sept. 29 (Mon), 2014 - Oct. 2 (Thur), 2014
  • The examination committee is made up of KOTRA officials (staff of Invest Korea and the Global CSR Department).
    * Results will be announced individually and submitted documents will not be returned.

< Round 2: In-depth examination of documents>
  • Oct. 6 (Mon), 2014 - Oct. 15 (Wed), 2014
  • The examination committee is made up of external experts and KOTRA officials (executives of Invest Korea and the Global CSR Department).
    * Results will be announced individually and submitted documents will not be returned.

<Announcement of results>
  • Oct. 20 (Mon), 2014
  • Awards: Global award (1),Consumer award (1), Contribution award (1), Challenge award (1)
    * The awards ceremony will be held during the 2014 Foreign Investment Week (Oct. 29).
