Corporate Investor Visa (D-8)
D-8 visas are issued to essential professionals engaged in the management, administration, production, or technology of foreign-invested companies, or to founders—and therefore holders of industrial or intellectual property rights—of certified venture companies possessing excellent technical abilities.
-
Family Dependents Visa (F-3)
F-3 visas are issued to the dependents(spouse and children) of foreign nationals who hold certain types of work visas. It allows the dependents to stay in Korea and live with the primary visa holder while they are employed in the country. The F-3 visa does not permit the holder to work independently. However, if certain requirements and documents are met, they may be eligible to receive a work permit. For more detailed information, it is recommended to consult with FISC.
