(SEOUL=Yonhap News) The Ministry of Trade, Industry & Energy (MOTIE) and the Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA) co-hosted the CEO Forum for Foreign-Invested Companies 2015 on November 25 at the Ritz-Carlton in Seoul.
MOTIE and KOTRA invited the CEOs of foreign-invested companies, officials from foreign chambers of commerce in Korea and diplomatic envoys in an effort to listen to the grievances of foreign-invested companies and introduce Korea’s foreign investment achievements, investment environment and investment promotion policies to encourage them to increase investment in Korea.

"Foreign-invested companies play a crucial part in the Korean economy. The Korean government will strive to help the foreign-invested companies to successfully invest in Korea," said MOTIE Deputy Minister Lee In-ho for international trade and investment.
"We ask the foreign-invested companies to capitalize on Korea’s comprehensive network of free trade agreements for their business activities and investment in Korea," said KOTRA Vice President Ham Jeong-Oh.
