KOTRA ‘ published I work for Foreign-Invested Company’
Introduce exemplary HR system and working conditions of 9 foreign-invested companies such as 3M Korea, etc.
Expected to contribute to resolving lack of communication caused by the COVID-19 pandemic between job seekers and foreign invested companies
KOTRA(President&CEO Yu Jeoung Yeol) published a book titled ‘I work for a foreign-invested company’ introducing exemplary foreign invested companies on August 10.
It is the first time that KOTRA publishes this kind of book, which contains HR system and working conditions of 9 excellent foreign invested companies such as 3M Korea. It also has interviews with 14 people currently working at 9 foreign invested companies and 3 staff from Foreign Firm Employment Support Team of KOTRA.

This book contains various programs that foreign invested companies are implementing to support employees such as△ short-term training and mentorship for outstanding employees△ opportunity to work abroad △ support to obtain MBA degrees
The 120-page books will be distributed to companies and organizations. Also, it will be distributed to job-seekers at Job Fair for Foreign-Invested Companies to be held at SETEC, Daechi-dong for two days starting from October 21. In addition, it can be downloaded for free on the website of KOTRA's foreign market news (news.kotra.or.kr).
Shawn Chang, Commissioner of KOTRA's Invest Korea said "we thought about how to connect foreign invested companies and job-seekers in Korea in non-face-to-face situation, and came up with the idea of publishing this book," adding "I hope many of job-seekers interested in foreign-invested companies find this book useful."
