The Office of the Foreign Investment Ombudsman would like to share with you that the FSS, KOTRA, and K-BIZ are jointly holding an online session with regard to the amended Act on External Audit of Stock Companies. 

As the Act was recently amended, the online meeting aims to introduce the criteria for external audit, how to appoint an external auditor and how to report electronically. 

By doing so, it is expected to help SMEs and limited companies to be informed about the changes, and to take appropriate measures such as appointing an external auditor.
