Starting from Thursday (Oct. 7, 2021), Korean nationals, foreigners, U.S. Forces Korea (USFK) service members, members of foreign diplomatic missions, and their accompanying family members who have been vaccinated overseas after being issued an isolation exemption certificate will be eligible for a vaccination certificate either on paper or electronically. 

To receive the vaccination certificate, it is required to visit a public health center and present documents to prove overseas vaccination and the isolation exemption certificate.
