Notice from the Foreign Investment Ombudsman Office:

Companies that have become newly subject to external audits in 2025 due to an increase in assets, liabilities, or sales must sign an external audit contract (appoint an external auditor) by April 30, 2025.

The Foreign Investment Ombudsman, in collaboration with the Financial Supervisory Service, will host an online briefing to support foreign-invested companies and small and medium-sized enterprises newly subject to external audits, providing guidance on the appointment of auditors.
