The Office of the Foreign Investment Ombudsman, along with the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Resources, and the Ministry of Employment and Labor, held a follow-up meeting with Foreign Chambers of Commerce in Korea and foreign-invested companies on December 4 regarding the amendment of Articles 2 and 3 of the Labor Union Act.

This follow-up meeting was held to identify additional difficulties and gather opinions following the initial consultation meeting ('25.9.30.) with Foreign Chambers of Commerce and foreign-invested companies regarding the amendment of Articles 2 and 3 of the Labor Union Act.

The meeting was attended by 25 participants, including representatives from the Office of the Foreign Investment Ombudsman, the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Resources, and the Ministry of Employment and Labor, along with working-level staff from Foreign Chambers of Commerce in Korea and their respective member companies.
