In Feb. 17, 2022, Dialogue with Foreign-Invested Companies was provided in the Blue House, to commend foreign-invested companies for the largest amount of foreign investment, hitting an all-time high, into Korea amid the covid-19 crisis, and to discuss related policy direction and achievements in foreign investment. President Moon emphasized that nearly 16,000 foreign-invested businesses are the Korean economy’s invaluable partners. The dialogue firstly had a session for presentation of foreign investment policy of Korea, and then a roundtable meeting was followed to raise policy suggestions from foreign-invested businesses and to listen to the feedbacks from responsible ministries.
