Company S was being audited by the Seoul Customs Office when the Office contacted KOTRA to request a list of notified capitalized investments for Company S in order to confirm whether the capitalized amount was equivalent to the amount notified.

Resolution and Results
After recieving the requested list and receipts dating back to the notification date, May 11, 2004, the company’s name from the IK Administration team, Company S submitted them to the Seoul Customs Office and the audit went smoothly.
