Resoultion and Results
Resolution and Results
- Since the company is registered as a liaison office and not a corporation, it does not have a corporate registration number. Therefore, it was explained to the Incheon Customs Office that the company may not submit a corporate registration number to the customs office.

- It was also requested that the Incheon Customs Office issue a special customs clearance number the company may use as a substitute for a corporate registration number.

Outcome:
The Incheon Customs Office issued a special customs clearance number to the company as requested by the OIO. The imports of the company may now pass the customs clearance.
