□ (Background) For registration as a water treatment facility operator, the KHNP made a new condition that a company should acquire a license for electric works issued by the Korean government. □ (Main Issue) As foreign companies had already pointed out that the KHNP only acknowledged construction projects that were made after the acquisition of a Korean license for electric works, the issue was deemed another entry barrier to global companies.
