(Background)

Company B, a foreign-invested company, is in the process of building plant facilities in Korea to localize products with added lubricants for automobiles. Overseas technicians who were supervising and managing the test operation of new facilities temporarily returned to their home countries due to Covid-19, and then had to re-enter Korea to resume work.
