(Background) 

If a user log in to K-Reach system and check usage information in bulk, it is difficult to check the data after downloading as an excel file. To check the data submitted by a company, the user must click on the information for each substance.

When additionally registered substances or pre-notification lists are downloaded in bulk, sometimes there is a systemic error making it impossible to download in bulk at once because the data are set only on an annual basis. 

(Grievance) 

Even if it is difficult to check on the K-Reach system, it is requested to be able to check various information (classification, usage, etc.) when exporting the data through downloading as an excel file. 

In particular, sometimes few details are missing when the data was downloaded as an annual basis, so it was suggested to enable to download the entire list regardless of the year.  

(Resolution)

The grievance was conveyed to Korea Environment Corporation through email and telephone communication, and the OFIO added detailed explanation to understand the difficulties of chemical companies. 

(Result)

Through communicating with Korea Environment Corporation, it was confirmed that the K-Reach system can be renewed by updating certain functions.
