(1) Reasons for Proposal

The Regulations aims to determine the details necessary for the designation of inspection agencies pursuant to Article 30-2 of the Waste Control Act and Articles 41-2 through 42-7 of the Enforcement Rules of the same Act.

(2) Major Provisions

Designate the inspection agencies for waste disposal facilities and follow-up management procedures, evaluation methods and standards, matters to be observed by inspection agencies, etc.
