□ The plan to improve the management and supervision of virtual asset business operators is provided in keeping with the “Virtual asset transaction control plan” announced jointly by related departments/offices on May 28.

① The virtual asset business operator cannot handle virtual assets issued by himself/herself or a person in a special relationship (special party concerned).

② The virtual asset business operator and executives/employees cannot make transactions through the corresponding virtual asset business operator.
