It stipulates the contaminated soil must be systematically surveyed and adequately controlled by preparing the standard on dioxin-contaminated soil by use of soil for the chemical substance dioxin designated as a soil contaminant (Revised Enforcement Rule of Soil Environment Conservation Act, November, 2018).
