As Wage Claim Guarantee Act was revised (Act No. 18042, pronounced on April 13, 2021, effective on October 14, 2021) for such purposes as change of the term of “substitute payment” for unpaid wages, payments on guarantees, etc. collectively called Payments on Guarantees (referred to as the micro substitute payment) procedure, this is intended to determine legally delegated matters and the matters needed for the execution by reflecting the changed term of substitute payment in the Enforcement Rule, improving regulation on issuance of and forms of employer’s certificates of unpaid wages, etc., and establishing the standard on additional charges against unlawful receipt.
