1. Reason for revision
As fire accidents causing human and property damages in logistics warehouses have been occurring recently, the aim is to establish a fire accident facility management standard as logistics warehouse business registration standard to cater to logistics warehouses where large volumes of combustible materials are stacked in order to prevent and respond effectively to logistics warehouse fires and realize the integral cultivation and development of the logistics warehouse business.

A. Establishment of fire accident facility management standard as logistics warehouse business registration standard (Revision of Article 3 and establishment of Attached Table)
The standard for fire prevention and safety management under the Building Act and Act on Fire Prevention and Installation, Maintenance, and Safety Control of Firefighting Systems shall be observed when registering the logistics warehouse business for fire prevention in logistics warehouses, the facility management standard for fire safety is added as registration standard, and the fire safety management plan shall be included in the documents to be submitted for the registration of logistics warehouse business to confirm the same.
