1. Reasons for Amendment

The Amendment includes controlled substances designated by the United Nations and temporary narcotics whose dependence, etc. has been established within the scope of narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances.

2. Major Provisions

A. Increase the scope of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances (attached Tables 2, 3, and 6)

Include three substances including brorphine, designated as narcotic drugs by the United Nations, in the scope of narcotic drugs, and nine temporary narcotics including 2C-N, whose physical or psychological dependence has been established, in the scope of psychotropic substances.
