1. Reasons for Amendment

This amendment aims to establish a new regulation on ex post facto management of testing agencies for certification and their obligation to keep and submit data in the Regulations on Operating Motor Vehicle’s Exhaust Emission Reduction Devices and Engine-Idling Control Devices Certification Method and Process in accordance with Article 60 of the Clean Air Conservation Act and Article 82 of the Enforcement Regulations of the Clean Air Conservation Act
